GENERAL MANAGER:

Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, administrative, finances and human resources; coordinating actions with corporate staff.

Builds company image by collaborating with customers and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER:

administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status.

improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual.

the Finance and Administration manager will continuously improve administrative and accounting processes and effectively communicate and present the critical financial and administrative matters to the board of directors.

PRODUCTION MANAGER:

Determine the human and material resources needed.

manage human and material resources to meet production targets.

make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.

monitor quality standards of products.

monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.

analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.

MARKETING MANAGER:

 Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.

Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion.

Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.

Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER:

responsible for ensuring that department employees are well-versed in their areas of expertise.

Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends recommending benefit programs to management.

Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
