The Challenge: !To create awareness and involvement with the product and to establish the product as a �prevention� solution for their kid�s sensitive skin

The Insight: Modern Vietnamese mums seeks advices and share experience with peers. They are active online forum members. Besides sourcing information from experts, they search online for reassurance. They also like to get validation from other mums
The Idea: Using KOLs and Seeders of Webtretho and Lamchame (two largest online forums for women in Vietnam) to influence online mums. We organised an offline conference with them prior to the launch to provide product education and hand-on experience to absolutely convince them of Sudocrem�s benefits. We also formed a partnership with Webtretho Forum for seeding and photo contest package
The result: Delivered over 200 % compared with planned KPIs thanks to the off-line event and volunteer efforts from KOLs and Seeders since they are genuinely interested and pleased with the brand. Highest performance was delivered by Consultant box addressing audience� concerns; thus creating a high level of audience engagement and interaction with the brand.
