Document Required for Offshore Formation.
Passport Copy of each Partner.
Bank Reference letter, (Mention the partner has a bank account)
Address Proof, utility bill.

Process to be followed
First we will take Company Name approval from offshore authority.
Submit all the required documents.
We will prepare a MOA, and Application Form.
Sign it, by all the partners.
Submitted to offshore authority.
Approval and certificate will be issue in 2-3 working days.
