Normandy Guitars is the Harley Davidson of guitars. Building their $2,500+ works of art out of aircraft-grade aluminum in little Salem, Oregon has not deterred them from gaining a worldwide fan base. Guitarists from bands such as My Morning Jacket, Buckcherry and The Decembrists help to demonstrate Normandy's superior sound to growing audiences. Rave reviews in publications such as Guitar Player Magazine, Premier Guitar and Robb Report don't hurt, either. When fans and distributors kept asking him for a no-frills $1,000 guitar, CEO Jim Normandy worked with Fuse Insight Labs to listen strategically to his customers and fans in order to co-design this new line of guitars. In a matter of weeks his community chose the design, made strategic go-to-market suggestions and pre-purchased enough of the new Alumicaster Standards to give him confidence in this strategic business decision.
