Limited (NIPL) has decided to start the “On job
Training” for candidates who will be imparted
the same training being given to the employees
of Nissi Infotech Private Limited. The
specialties of this Training are:-
Uniqueness of Nissi Onjob Training
Candidates will have
only 10% Theory Class
90% Practical Class
Candidates will be trained by
NIPL employees on one to one
basis
Candidates will be given NIPL's
live projects to work
Candidates will be given
1. Net connection,
2. computer,
3. ftp,
4. web server access,
5. domain hosting space etc.,
as required to have practical experience on the subject(wherever it is applicable)
Candidates will be free to join any company
after completion of training
Candidates will be certified as “Employee of NIPL" and given
a “Work Experience Certificate" on completion of training so
that they will be absorbed by any company immediately.
Selection of On Job Training
Web Design Manager – 3 months/ 4 months/ 6 months*
ASP.dot net Software Engineer – 3 months
PHP Software Engineer – 3 months
Software testing Engineer – 3 months
* As per OJT plan the training period will be 3 months or above based on the
course selected. It differs based on the syllabus.
