PEMPHIGUS VULGARIS

It is a chronic blistering skin disease with

skin lesions that are rarely pruritus , but

which are often painful.

PAHOPHYSIOLOGY

It is autoimmune disease

C/O: H/O Fluid dilled lesions all over the

body including scalp,oralcavity.

And genitalia since 2months

HISTORY OF ILLNESS

Patient initially developed blisters over face, back

and erosions over oral cavity.

PREVIOUS ILLNESS

Patient had oral lesion 6months

FAMILY HISTORY

Conjunctiva muscles redness +

Conjunctivitis

CUTANEOUS EXAMINATION

Flaccid blister were prevent over trunk, lower

limbs and back

Crusted plagues over the face, front of chest

, over right thigh & right hand scalp.

Superficial erosion are sheltered are both

four arms ,face, back

Ulcer with unsheathing granulation tissue of

around 6×5cm area right prevent.

Genital mucosa , erosions were present

conjunctivitis, prevent.

Oral mucosa super facial erosions are

prevent

Nikolskys sign –positive.
