Focus America, Inc.(FA) was founded in 2000 and is the wholly owned US subsidiary of Future Focus Infotech Pvt. Ltd.Based out of Chicago, Illinois, FA was initially addressing only software development and related projects. During October 2005, FA also ventured into FFI’s main-stream business of IT Consulting Services and has since recorded exponential growth. FA focuses on delivering technical consulting and project-based services to its international customers across varied technology domains. Project related services are delivered out of Focus’ offshore development center in Chennai, India.

Future Focus Infotech, MEA (FFI MEA) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Future Focus Infotech Pvt. Ltd. India (FFI) with its registered office in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, UAE.

Over the past year, FFI has steadily established its niche in region, providing IT HR Consulting Services to its global customers for their projects in the region.FFI MEA has an independent and robust CRM and delivery machinery that addresses and caters to the IT HR consulting requirements in the Middle East and South Africa region. experience and service.

• Relationship Workforce

Focus’ Relationship workforce comprise of profes-

sionals who are specifically customer-focused and

whose KRAs are aligned to identifying, establish-

ing and managing customer relationships with

the objective of evolving the relationship through

quality service, to become one that is strategic and

preferred

• Recruitment and Delivery Workforce (R&D)

Whether graduate or experienced professional, regular

career counseling helps in personal and professional

development. Our R&D workforces function in the en-

hanced capacity of Career Managers. They spend time

with aspiring consultants to discuss progress, under-

stand goals and help to achieve them. This helps to

chalk out career blue prints for the future, which will

help consultants focus on projects and skills that best

suit their profile and help them in the direction that

ensures long-term success. This helps and supports

success of our customers at both ends of the spec-

trum viz. the IT organization and the Consultant.

• Customer Support Workforce

These are skilled professionals who specialize in a vari-

ety of areas encompassing Human Resources, People

Management and Customer Care, in the IT domain. For

any professional services organization, people are key

assets. Focus CS is also part of the Career Management

function. This workforce is responsible for developing,

managing and motivating our Consulting work force.

This team is also responsible for new joiner orientation,

reporting processes, training tools and initiatives. They

are involved in critical processes from addressing the

rewards structure and establishing the criteria that de-

termine growth. They also help set up feedback mech-

anisms that guide people on how to improve or de-

velop their skills and keep their career moving forward.

Focus’ CS work directly with people to help them find

the right engagements where they can make most of

their existing expertise and expand it.

• Consulting Workforce

Our Consulting IT People bring with them experi-

ence in Technology aligned to business, industry

and systems integration. They help our customers

design, build and deliver strategies that transform

companies to high-performance businesses. They

form our value-proposition to the Customer.

• Solutions Workforce

The Solutions workforce is a group of technology

experts. These people use their knowledge and

experience to take on practical programming and

technology implementation for our clients in the

United States of America. They work out of our

Chennai Delivery Center. With regard to the tech-

nology areas based on the current assignments

and resource availability at the DC, our forte is

Open Source technologies (Linux, Apache, MySQL,

PHP, etc) in development and maintenance of ap-

plications. However based on need, we can also

build teams on the .Net/J2EE technology areas. Our

capabilities also extend to Quality Assurance with

regard to Functional, Regression, Security and Per-

formance testing of software applications.

• Enterprise Support Workforce

Enterprise Support is Focus’ internal workforce, ef-

ficiently managing and supporting all activities

across our business. Enterprise People work in

areas such as Finance, HR, Facilities and Services,

Administration and Internal Communications.

Quality Management system of an organization is only as good as the quality of its processes and effectiveness of their

implementation by the stakeholders to innovate and continually improve the business.

In 2006 April, Focus launched its own Portal to facilitate new hopefuls directly register and interact with Focus func-

tionaries and to manage issues instantaneously and effectively. Over the year, with phased integration, in both back-

ward and forward directions, it has now metamorphed into an integrated application customized 360 degrees to the

needs of candidates, existing consultants, end customers and FFI employees.

FiQMS is now the backbone of Focus Process implementation, standardizing procedures across geographies,

capturing deviations as and when they happen, cautioning the functionary of any delays, escalating issues when

required, raising appropriate alerts to management, recording transactions, measuring performance and analyzing

against objectives.

FiQMS provides a forum where private interaction is possible with the candidate through all stages at different

levels of management to maintain a delicate balance of business and emotional relationship, at once achieving trans-

parent as well as confidential interactions.

FiQMS PortalFocus Intergrated Quality Management Systems

FFI's “Business Continuity Services” (BCS) is one-of-a-kind process innovation which works towards providing the

level

of Business Assurance that normally accompanies a more traditional “product” or “solutions” sale and accompanied

documentation. Where “resource augmentation” signs-off, BCS commences, focusing on all parameters that are

hitherto managed by the customer or simply not addressed. While BCS is the Management of People, it is far

removed from the type-cast HR; in that, its complete accountability is ensuring the success of the business by

ensuring the effective management of our “solution” (the consulting engineer). The Project may focus on the

Technical Delivery of its business, while the deliverables of the People aspect of the business is managed by BCS.

This transcends the 'search and deploy” model to emerge as a catalyst in innovation and value.

Consulting employees possess a strong 'itinerant' mindset & identity crises. The “service assurance” of BCS is to

ensure business/service continuity through sustained consultant engagement systems.
