Single Bushing
HTHRT (Hot Tech’s Hot runner Technologies) Single Bushing hot runners are useful for medium to large
injection molded plastic parts with a gate diameter up to 4mm. Thermal gated systems feature precision
and corrosion resist components that can handle even the most of polymers.
High Performance Hot runner
Our Hot runner systems are designed to increase overall efficiency, reliability of your molding

Hot runner for Heavy shot Weight Products.
Heavy shot weight plastic parts required a large volume of melt delivery from the machine barrel to the
cavity. Hot Techs Hot runner Technologist’s (HTHRT’s) systems for large parts feature Manifold, Nozzles
and special gate opening designed for maximum melt flow that keeps the shearing force in the desired
range.
Pressure drop is minimized by shear force and melt viscosity inside the various sections of the manifold
channels and Hot tip Nozzles.
Manifold Systems
HTHRT Manifolds and systems offer endless possibilities for your plastic part using our standard

Multi Tip Side gating Nozzles
HTHRT Side gating Nozzles are specially designed for multi cavity molds that required multiple sides
gating in to walls of the cavity. These Nozzles are ideally solution for long cylindrical parts such as a
syringe barrels and medical (Parma industries) applications. Four tip side gate Technology completely
eliminate the costly cold runner material that typical for such parts. It reduces both the mold and
controller investment, and it is a robust solution for high volume production.

STACK MOLDING HOT RUNNER
Doubled your molding output
Compare to conventional single face mould, Stack molds can double the output of and injection molding
machine by distributing the melt plastic into two or more separate mold parting surface.
Stack Mold Hot Systems: Double your output to achieve the high production target.
1. Advantage of Stack Hot runner mold double part output. Instead of increasing the mold size by
adding more cavities, a stack mold maintain mold size and machine size by add in second layer
of cavities parallel to the first layer. Filling, pack and cooling time will remain same, and only
mold open and closing time will add to the cycle time.
2. Reduce Part Price: The part price is determined by the machine hour rate, which is directly
related to the machine tonnage. A stack mold requires only about half the clamp tonnage than a
single face mold with the same number of cavities.
3. Efficiency and Automation: Stack mold can produce multi-components assemblies on one shot
and in one machine using the same parameters. By comprise on single face molds would require
multiple machines.
Hot runner for Family Mold
Family mold offer and efficient and economic way to produce a set of different plastic parts in a single
mold. Well balanced manifold and large and small hot tip nozzles ensure equal filling in both cavities by
desired flow channel and gate diameter.
HOT HALVES
HTHRT Hot halves offer the most cost efficient and easiest way to integrate hot runner systems in to
your injection moulds. Male & Female (Socket & Pin) connectors fitted on the top of the hot halves and
it is pre-wired and ready to bolt directly to your cavity plate, and it is thermally and electrically tested for
convenience.

Our Hot Runner Modular temperature controllers are available in single to twelve zones CNC fabricated, powder coated, M.S. boxes.
