operated several restaurants and hotels during his 35-year career

* Food & Beverage Manager at S/S Oceanic Cruise Ship from January 1975 –

March 1983 Greater New York City Area

* General Manager at Valley Forge Hilton from July 1983 – November 1987

* Managing Director at Tamiment Golf & Ski Resort 1987 – 1990 Mt. Pocono, Pa

* General Manager at Adams Mark Hotels from February 1990 – April 1994

* President, CEO at Castaldi Market & Grill March 1995 – October 2006

Plantation for six years, joining the

company after a three-year stint as the

Regional Director of Operations for Twin

Tier Hospitality. Castaldi helped turn the

resort at the largest fully intact plantation in

the South into a destination for both

tourists and locals to hang out and have

fun. His meticulous bookkeeping and P

and L management skills have helped the

organization stay on top of the local

hospitality sector
