Rollout Management

Project management is becoming more and more complex. Timescales are getting shorter and budgets will be smaller. Therefore it isessential to have the right support solution to manage your networkrollout. Roll-out management is a full service project managementoffering. It is a stand-alone service which can be deliveredindependent of whoever provides the TI service. It encompasses allservices necessary to manage and support the installation,commissioning, integration and testing and acceptance of thenetwork element components comprising a mobiletelecommunications network. This service is limited to managementand administration functions and does not include the TI resourcesnecessary to satisfy implementation objectives.

ROM Services is a wide ranging management/consultancy serviceoffering to Customers. It encompasses all necessary services, underthe guidelines of Nasyonel Project Management Procedures andworld famous PMI, PMBOK®, to manage a Turnkey Telecom Projecton behalf of our Customer until Operator's Final Acceptance. It alsoincludes all services to support installation, commissioning,integration and acceptance of the elements bodying a mobiletelecommunications network. Nasyonel defines ROM Services as itsone of the "Core Businesses".

Communication Tower

Nasyonel realize tower erection and maintenance for wireless andbroadcast communications. Our crews have extensive experienceerecting guyed tower, self support and monopole structures in allcountires. We are a widely recognized name involved in erection &commissioning of GSM communication towers and EnergyTransmission Lines Empowered with state-of-the-art infrastructurefacility and designing softwares. Prior to install these towers, wealso pay meticulous attention towards the installation proceduresincluding soil testing to ensure their firm establishment. With thistremendous demand for tower service providers, NasyonelInfrastructure realized and seized the opportunity to expand anddiversify its service line and provide its already existing and newclients with a full turnkey service with the addition of field crews,consisting of technical installers.

TI Services are the other "Core Business" of Nasyonel provideds toCustomers. In the regions we operate, Nasyonel is dedicated to keepa pool of highly competent engineers/technicians with provenrecords of project completion experience. TI Services are divided intotwo sub-groups, namely, NSS (Switching-Core) and RAN (RadioAccess Networks) under which both 2G and 3G projects are served.

Site Acquisition

Site Acquisition and Permitting Services are dependent to variouslocal factors, such as real estate market, land and property owners,local building and environmental regulations in a country. Nasyonelhas the experience and knowledge of how to deliver the bestpossible service in terms of speed, capacity, site portfolio andfinancial considerations.
