siblings• Treated with greatest

respect and awe

Tawhiri

• God of the elements

• Wind• Storms• Hurricanes

Maui

• Trickster God• Rebel• Seducer• Established

Hierarchies• Brought up northern

islands• Rohe is his wife• Gave the world fire• Took appearance as a

pigeon

Rongo

• God of cultivating Plants

• Food• Like yams and
