They don't get soggy, but the oreos gets softer, and so does the cream. I actually like eating these whenthey cool down, because they still stay nice and chewy. As for recipe, you can use whatever cookie recipeyou want. Just take two smaller round dough balls, and place one on each side of the oreo, and just coverit up. Don't use too much dough, because then it just melts around the oreo and looks like a UFO (Youcan see it starting to happen in the pic. He used too much dough so it's really big in the center(whichdidn't cook properly), and the excess dough melted down). If you use just the right about it will look like anice round cookie, it's funny watching people bite into one without them knowing an oreo is inside.
