HR plays a critical role in Nurturing Leaders for the organizations to achieve excellence. With the available competencies, HR finds it a monumental task in meeting the business expectations.

Inability to find the available leadership within the organization, HR is compelled to bring in leaders from external sources which could lead to a mismatch in terms of culture, values and execution process and lead to jeopardizing in achieving the organization goals. That’s where the role of HR becomes critical in meeting the challenges. This HR summit would be the appropriate platform for HR professionals at all levels to listen to experienced and proven leaders in this field who will share their experiences, expertise and practical strategies for nurturing Business Leaders.

Master of Ceremonies (MC ) will invite the Session Chairman & the Speakers on to the stage. MC will welcome the Chairman & the Speakers on the stage. Introduction of the Chairman & the Speakers will be done by the MC. MC will hand over the control to the session Chairman. Chairman will briefly address, setting expectations, indicating the timings and the order of speaking. The speakers will be invited by the Chairman one by one to make their presentations. Questions slips will be available with the delegates. After each presentation the delegates will send the questions

on the question slip to the Chairman. The chairman will pass on the questions to the respective speakers. After all the speakers have finished making their presentations, the chairman will request the speakers to answer

the questions which they would have received. After the Q & A session the Chairman speaks and sums up the deliberations and concludes the session and hands

over the control to the MC. The MC will thank the chairman and the speakers, and will present mementos to the chairman and the speakers. Speakers are requested to have not more than 10-12 slides in the presentation. The time allotted for each speaker will be 25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q & A. We appreciate if you could fully utilize the time allotted to you and refrain from exceeding the allotted time. On reaching the hotel please reach the speakers lounge. You will be received by our volunteers. Your badge and a

kit will be given to you. Before your sessions begins please check your presentation, see if it is loaded on the laptop at the lectern on the

stage.

Mumbai, which was previously known as Bombay is a major metropolitan city of India. It is the state capital of Maharashtra . Mumbai city is known as the business capital of India, it being the country's principal financial and communications centre. The city has the largest and the busiest port handling India's foreign trade and a major Interntional airport. India's largest Stock Exchange which ranks as the third largest in the world, is situated in Mumbai. Here, trading of stocks is carried out in billions of rupees everyday.

Discription about Mumbai/Bombay can not be complete without the mention of Bollywood, the biggest Indian film industry which churns out hundreds of Hindi block-busters every year.

Most of the year, Mumbai's climate is warm and humid. Between November and February, the skies are clear,and the temperature is cooler. From March the temperature becomes warm and humid till mid June, the beginning of monsoon. During monsoon there are torrential rains, sometimes causing the flooding of major roads and streets of Mumbai. The average rainfall which is brought by the south-west monsoon winds in Mumbai is  180 cms. Monsoon ends by the end of September. October is comparatively hot and humid.

The total population of Mumbai is about 10 millions. It is still growing. Mumbai provides umpteen opportunities to realize one's dreams. Hence, people from all over India, belonging to different cultures come here to realize their dreams. Mumbai has become the melting pot of all Indian  cultures. This is the reason Mumbai has a truly cosmopolitan population bustling with activity. It's film industry "Bollywood" also draws a number of youths with tinsel dreams to Mumbai. Being a major financial center, People from all over the world come here for business opportunities. This has made Mumbai a major International city.
