textText is one of the basic elements of multimedia. It conveys information to the audience, tells stories and describes things , interprets graphics and charts, inform people about an event , or tell something about a person.

GRAPHICS / IMAGESGraphics or images are part of the visual presentation material . It displays information graphically, which cannot be expressed in letters and words.

these can be termed as a captured images, which is basically the method of grabbing an image displayed on the window of the computer.

SOUNDS The third most important component of a multimedia presentation is the sound .when a page of a website is already complete with content, information and supporting pictures as visual element, sound is the next big thing to include.

Animation animation is the most interactive component of a multimedia presentation. Animation involves movements of characters, pictures, objects, and even text over a calculated time.

Software simulation is a form of animation based on the used and manipulation of a particular software, tool , or machine which are skill – based and technical in nature.SOCIAL SIMULATION OR ROLE PLAYS typically used in soft skill – based courses to enable students to learn strategies that require the use of reasoning, intuition or perception to solve a problem and help them reflect on their progress.VIRTUAL REALITY this is one of the popularly used animation today, which specializes in creating a computer-generated environment of a real or imaginary system.

VIDEO SIMULATION it uses video to teach the users on doing specific activities such as playing games, dancing, or coking.

Videos video is one of the most challenging contents of multimedia. Wikipedia define video as “ the technology for capturing, recording, processing, transmitting ,and reconstructing moving pictures, electronic signals or digital media, primarily for viewing on television or computer monitor.
