Overview

•  In today's marketplace, mobile content is served via content types.

•  The processes are either dictated by large content providers/owners or managed service platform providers specialising in a particular content type such as Caller Back Ringtones or Mobile Games.

•  In many cases, each subscriber storefront is managed by multiple 3rd parties; each functioning and serving content independently of each other.

•  This process creates serious structural issues from a subscriber standpoint.

•  Be it a subscriber making a Bollywood Ringtone download through an operator's IVR service; or the same subscriber making a video download of a Bollywood movie through the operator's WAP portal; the two fundamental constants which remain unaddressed is that the subscriber is the same and they like Bollywood movies.

•  Mooga is a complimentary VAS enabler which integrates easily with existing content systems and service delivery infrastructures.

•  Mooga uses an integrated subscriber storefront approach across all current and future mobile storefronts.

•  Mooga is presently scalable over SMS, WAP and WEB infrastructures and is currently being developed further to support IVR, On-Device Portals and USSD.

•  We use a modular approach where Mooga's user profile generation algorithm and content matching solution algorithm return an XML file which can be adapted to any subscriber storefront, present and future.

•  Content items that are found to be contextually relevant to the end user will be extracted from storage servers and placed in the adaptive and personalized storefront for each and every user, each and every time they log on.
