People ask us: "What is this Monkey Business?" Our favorite answer is "what could it be for you?" It's a great challenge to put your company into one stand alone presentation. I tried. We started back in 2006 with following questions:

• How might the Learning in the futures happen?
Over the 7 years and throughout hundreds of projects in the field of
organizational development in more than 20 countries we are still not sure about the
answers.
But we have found out the following about
ourselves.
Our Way of Working
Our Way of Working• We do not have solutions, no right or wrong ones. If we did, then the problem would be
the “not invented here” -problem. We believe that the answer is people and in people. People can come up with right solutions if they are supported with time, permission and space to do that. And we believe it is best if people who are the ones to implement the new ideas also come up with them.
