From the Menu Bar, click Transactions then select Front desk and click the Room Calendar, or you may press F10 on the keyboard directly.



Note, For returning guest, just type few characters in the Last Name text box then double click match guest in the list of display guests whose last name start with those similar characters. The guest information gets copied into the window.



Billing Instruction



Guest ListIt displays all the guests that are checked-in or reserved.



Available Rooms TodayThe Available Rooms Today is a feature that shows unblocked andunoccupied rooms including information like status, type, and durationof availability.
