You're in need a of a new employee and chances are you'll be looking at Gen Y or millennials (those born in the '80s and '90s). And by 2025, the majority of the workforce is expected to be full of millennials. However, articles around us, along with the popular stereotypes generalize millennials into a category full of irrational, ignorant and immature people.
