Brand Mantra:High score for the work floor!

Meaning: Using play to improve and inspire the workplace

Growing up on a farm was tough work.

By using play, the work became more fun!

I believe that play at work can work the same way.

Play can improve morale and teamwork

Play can increase productivity and profit

Play can relieve stress and build creativity

At my job, we try to live by this philosophy

We hold contests to help boost sales!

We play quiz games to help refresh on policies

When we play great together, we work great together!

This gave me an idea!

I want to help other companies be as fun as we are!

After school, my grandfather and I would play boardgames.

This was my best memory and shaped my passion today.

I am a game design transfer and understand play

Even though I my plans are still ideas

I still have tons of experience to be successful!

I have tons of management experience

I have been a successful salesmen for the past two years.

So I understand team building and marketing.

I was an art apprentice for 10 years

So I have a lot of creativity

I am a very positive person and learn fast

I believe continuous improvement is important

I always find ways to better myself in my spare time

Above all else I am passionate about play.

On March 23, 2016 I took part in Hope to Dream

Kids got to hang out with Colts players

And surprised them with a new bed. (they never had one of their own)

Seeing the parents and kids play with the Colts was amazing!

This made me love my job

Which makes me think about success

What is true success?

Success is getting excited to come to work

Success is happiness

Success is what we make of it
