Custom Specs

MCR Fabrications is a hollow metal door, window and frame manufacturer specializing in the rapid shipment of custom products. All of our doors and frames are manufactured to our clients’ specifications. Our standard frame product is 18-gauge zinc and steel alloy which is 100% rust free.

Rust Free

The alloy sheet used in the production process is a special (GA) form-able Zinc-alloy steel (based metal cold rolled), it is rust-resistant and can be painted without surface preparation. MCR frames can be supplied in completed (welded) format or unassembled format (knocked-down) format to facilitate transport.

We have the pleasure of introducing you to a

spectacular development in the modern housing and

building construction for residential, educational,

commercial, governmental and industrial sectors. For a

long time, architects and building contractors have

despaired of finding a suitable remedy against

shrinkage, cracking and warping of wooden door

frames. Angle iron, tried for the past many years was no

substitute for wood. It did combine economy with

durability, but was singularly lacking in elegance. MCR

doors, windows, and frames are sleek and stream-lined

in appearance and extra strong because of the tensile

strength of GI and Zyncro sheets from which they are

fabricated and compare favourably with those of wood

in cost and strength.

MCR door and window frames are convenient for any

type of door panel – wood, steel, aluminium, pvc, fiber

etc. These are provided with holdfasts, screwed or spot-

welded hinges and hinge pockets to ensure firm grafting

into the concrete wall, and with buffers to make the

opening and closing of doors a smooth, noiseless

At MCR Fabrications we use Hydraulic Shearing Machines, CNC Hydraulic Press Brakes, ARC/SPOT Welding, spray painting etc. to give elegant and superior finish to our Metal Frame products.

KD Drywall Frames

At MCR Fabrications we also manufacture KD (knocked down) Drywall Frames for both doors and windows. These are available in GI, Zyncro and SS metal sheets, and can be used both internally and externally at corporate, industrial, educational, industrial buildings.

16 to 19 gauge are used

(ISI) in accordance with BIS standards or screwed on

Grill design is standardized but can be modified as per

customer’s requirements.

MCR metal doors are available in several designs

like paneled, flush, vertical & horizontal groove door

etc.

They are strong, secure and provide much greater

protection from force entry than timber door.

Durable rot-proof, immune to attack by insects,

rodents and termite/white ants.

They are stable, no shrinking, twisting or warping

and unaffected by changes in temperature &

humidity.

MCR doors come with door frames and complete

with all the accessories. The accessories include

hinges, hinge pockets, tower bolts &

aldrops/mortise locks (optional).

MCR doors can be provided with provision for latch

locks or cylindrical locks as desired by customer.

MCR doors are also available with glass panels.

Puff or glasswool filled door also available.
