Create 2 annual brand conferences for 50% of the previous budgets without
disappointing 2,000 Arcadia staff.
BUSINESS CHALLENGE
Refocused the event to the things that really matter to the attendees. Great
music and hospitality came first with theming secondary. Installation replaced
a fashion show, bespoke projection and lighting created impactful dressing
and DJs replaced live bands.
BMB Neon delivered all elements from creative identity, styling, venue
sourcing, production, artist booking and guest travel.

Staff fedback that they finally have a format
they enjoy and allows a great night out that
felt like it had been shaped for them.
THE RESULTS
Plan our next Topshop & Topman Brand Conference, this time with a fashion
show, awards and party for 1,500 (seated and then standing) under one roof
in Central London on a lean budget.
BUSINESS CHALLENGE
We took the party to the iconic Roundhouse, where we created a phased event which allowed us to use the flow of the building and carefully planned rig to create a seated,
then standing environment.
Entertainment came from George Lamb and Zane Lowe with guest appearances from Olympic Gold Medallists Jade Jones and Nicola Adams.
Food displays and quick queue bars created exciting theatre and enabled fast service.

production, catering and artist booking.

Create a summer party to remember for 1,000 Microsoft staff, all with differing
tastes, within the confines of their Reading Head Office campus.
BUSINESS CHALLENGE
Microfest - a mini-festival with eclectic entertainment including Bjorn Again,
comedian Greg Davis (Inbetweeners) and The Cuban Brothers. World Food
served Borough market style, with fairground rides and themed bars
and lounges to relax in and enjoy.

How could BMB neon make the second Microfest - a 2500 person summer
party for Microsoft - even better to celebrate Microsoftʼs 30th Birthday with all
of their UK staff?
BUSINESS CHALLENGE
Focus on attendee insight from the hugely successful 2011 event to ensure
the perfect experience at the 2nd Reading based festival. The event flourished
with a British Tea Party theme to fit with the birthday, Jubilee and Olympics
influence for the year.

How could BMB neon celebrate the Lidl Lympics internal sports tournament in
real style and generate a legacy for years to come.
BUSINESS CHALLENGE
A gala dinner at the iconic Grovesnor House Hotel on Park Lane, London was
the setting for Lidlʼs first black tie event for members of staff from across the
UK. David Walliams was the host handing out the trophies. After dinner
followed a night of well deserved partying.

Deliver a management conference in a truly different way. Use a creative,
fresh and technology driven approach to launch a new way of working
throughout the business.
BUSINESS CHALLENGE
A 1 day conference that kept delegates engaged, excited and surprised. It
started at The Imax which included a commissioned 3D motivational film and
interactive welcome installation. The conference then moved onto a 5 star
dinner hosted on The Thames and was rounded off by a custom projection
onto Battersea Power Station.

lighting and magic dust to create a Winterwonderland in an 8 hour period.
