Luke A. Webel has joined HEXPOL Compounding as a Co-Op Trainee in Research and Development  at the  Burton  plant,  reporting  directly  to  Lynn McIntyre,  Materials  and  Analytical  Services Manager.      He  will  be  providing  support  in  the Development Lab and Technical Services in areas of problem  solving,  development  and  raw  material characterization.    Luke  is  pursuing  a  Bachelor  of Science  degree  in  Chemical  Engineering  from  the University  of  Akron  with  an  expected  graduation date in May, 2019.     He has been on the Dean’s list several semesters and has received the University of Akron  Scholarship  of  Excellence,  Honors Scholarship.  Luke  is  currently  a  member  of  the American  Society  of  Chemical  Engineers  at  the University of Akron.
