Sharpe  Mixers,  Seamle,  WA      Factum  Partners  was  retained  to  assist  in  the  successful  integraIon  of  a  private  equity  backed  global  manufacturer  and  their  new  parent  company.  We  insItuted  sales  processes,  procedures  and  KPIs  to  establish  symmetry;  implemented  and  trained  staff  on  a  new  CRM  system;  and  restructured  the  sales  organizaIon  to  establish  clear  and  consistent  mandates  and  objecIves.  The  resulIng  top  line  revenue  increase  is  forecast  to  be  $7  million  or  +46%  in  twelve  months.      Hayward  Gordon  ULC,  Halton  Hills,  ON      Factum  Partners  was  retained  by  this  private  equity  backed  global  manufacturer  of  pumps,  mixers  and  systems  to  fill  an  interim  role  for  the  Global  VP,  Sales  &  MarkeIng  posiIon,  restructure  their  sales  organizaIon  and  develop  new  strategies  with  a  growth  plan  to  triple  earnings.  We  developed  and  executed  an  internaIonal  market  penetraIon  strategy  into  the  USA,  the  Middle  East,  and  Asia;  implemented  a  new  CRM  system  to  ensure  the  integrity  of  the  sales  process;  and  insItuted  a  new  sense  of  accountability  through  the  establishment  of  KPIs  and  new  sales  procedures  throughout  the  organizaIon.  This  allowed  us  to  exceed  our  mandate  and  grow  the  business  by  $18  million  in  11  months.

KN  Rubber  LLC,  Toronto,  ON  &  Wapakoneta,  OH        

Factum  Partners  was  retained  to  develop  and  execute  a  comprehensive  sales  and  markeIng  strategy  for  this  private  equity  backed  Tier  1  organizaIon  with  300  employees,  four  locaIons  across  North  America,  and  revenues  of  approximately  $50  million.  Factum  Partners  also  provided  personnel  to  serve  as  Interim  GM  for  the  company's  Ohio  operaIon.  Through  the  establishment  of  new  sales  channels  and  a  sales  agent  network;  implemenIng  new  processes;  the  strengthening  of  the  company’s  image;  the  merger  of  mulIple  brands  into  a  single  product  offering;  and  the  implementaIon  of  a  world  class  CRM  plasorm  to  ensure  a  robust  sales  pipeline;  we  were  able  to  deliver  $12  million  in  growth  within  12  months.      HSC,  Waterloo,  ON      

Factum  Partners  managed  and  marketed  a  unique  new  product  for  the  HVAC  industry  to  select  private  equity  and  venture  capital  firms  to  secure  iniIal  funding.  Ater  funding,  HSC  was  able  to  achieve  first  year  revenues  of  $3.95  million  and  over  1,500  units  sold.

Lito  Plast  y  Compañía  S.  A.  de  C.  V..  ,  Juárez,  MX  Factum  Partners  was  retained  to  build  a  Joint  Venture  manufacturing  partnership  and  3PL  logisIcs  strategy  for  this  Mexican  company  in  Canada  and  the  USA  where  we  reduced  manufacturing,  logisGcs  and  raw  material  costs  by  32%.  The  second  part  of  our  mandate  was  to  to  plan  and  execute  a  South  American  market  penetraIon  strategy  which  saw  their  revenues  increase  by  $14  million  in  27  months.    Tyrolit  Industrial  Abrasives,  Mississauga,  ON    Factum  Partners  President  Tom  Greenwood  was  retained  to  fill  the  role  of  Interim  Managing  Director  and  apply  his  experIse  in  rebuilding  Tyrolit’s  Canadian  operaIon  and  launching  their  US  operaIon  within  a  three  year  Ime  frame.  Tom  successfully  maintained  a  64.7%  average  gross  margin  and  decreased  expenses  (property,  health  care,  communicaIons,  producIon)  by  $672K  in  the  first  year.  Under  his  guidance,  company  revenue  increased  by  193%  and  EBITDA  improved  by  37%.

Factum  Partners  success  comes  from  the  success  of  our  clients.  Therefore,  our  fee  structure  is  :ed  directly  to  your  company’s  success.  We  

require  a  very  small  monthly  retainer  to  start  our  mandate  then  we  get  paid  monthly  based  on  the  company’s  success  with  a  bonus  plan  

Ied  to  fulfilling  the  mutually  agreed  upon  goals  and  achieving  substanIal,  quanItaIve  results.  

 

For  our  fees,  we  provide  a  team  of  professionals  who  will  work  Irelessly  to  achieve  your  company’s  goals.  Typically  our  fees  are  equal  to  

approximately  one  third  of  the  monthly  cost  of  a  full  Ime  employee.
