Log Book Requirements. All drivers of Whitney Industrial Services must follow the Interstate hours of service rules at all locations. WIS does not allow any Exemptions such as Oil Field or 100 air mile radius. If you are listed as a class A or B operator for WIS, you must complete a log book daily.

Intrastate Hours Of Service Rules.Daily Limits- 10 drive/ 14 on duty.Drivers are not allowed to drive a commercial vehicle more than 10 hours in a day.Drivers are not allowed to drive a Commercial vehicle after the 14th hour of coming on duty following a 10 hour off duty period.Drivers must have 10 consecutive hours off duty to reset their daily hour limits.

Intrastate Hours Of Service Rules.Weekly Limits- 60Hr/7DayNo driver shall drive a commercial vehicle after reaching 60 hours in any 7 consecutive days. Driving and On-Duty times combined.All drivers must have 34 consecutive hours off duty to reset their 60 in 7 limit.
