How it works
The SS/ delrin conveyor belt is provided on the turn table. The containers are made dry, sterilized and siliconized. These containers are feed by the filling head. A pneumatic bottle holder held the containers under the filling holder. There is a sensor. The bottles are sensed by the sensor. The magnetic clutch is situated on the auger shaft. The specific amount of the dry powder is filled by the auger. The rotation time is set in the timer. After the filling, the pneumatic container holder places the container on the conveyor for the further operation.
