APPLICATION GUIDELINES Liberty ® is a nonselective contact herbicide that provides postemergence control of broadleaf and grass weeds, including weeds resistant to glyphosate and multiple herbicide classes. If environmental conditions prevent timely application, a third application of 29 fl oz/A can also be made on an as-needed basis, only if the previous two applications did not exceed 29 fl oz/A on either application. b. On GlyTol ® LibertyLink cotton, Liberty and glyphosate tankmixes may reduce overall weed control. c. Full rates of Liberty are recommended regardless of tankmix herbicide. d. Make all applications when wind speeds are less than 10 mph, and not during periods of temperature inversions. e. Mixing Instructions

1. Start with properly calibrated and cleaned equipment.

2. Fill spray tank half full with water.

3. Start agitation.

4. Add tankmix partner.

5. Complete filling spray tank with water.

6. Add Liberty and continue agitation.

7. If foaming occurs, use a silicone- based antifoam agent.

How to Spray

As a contact herbicide, following application guidelines is important to ensure adequate coverage and maximum weed control.

•Use nozzles and pressure that generate medium-size (250 microns to 350 microns) spray droplets.

Nozzle recommendations:

- Spraying Systems: TeeJet® VisiFlo® Flat, XR TeeJet Extended Range Flat or Turbo TwinJet® Flat spray tips

- Greenleaf Technologies: TurboDrop® XL, TurboDrop TwinFan® or AirMix®

spray tips

- Hypro: Guardian™, Variable Pressure™, Total Range™ or Albuz® AXI spray tips

- Delavan AgSpray: VariTarget™
