From the LexisNexis homepage, click on the

“Companies” tab and select “Company Dossier”

If the company’s name is more than one word long, put the name in

quotation marks to search for the exact name

• Click the name of your company to find detailed business

information

• Under “Company Type”, note the differences for parent vs.

subsidiary, and public vs. private companies

locate additional information

on a company

• Under “Legal,” click on

“recent cases” for cases

involving your company
