What Did I Learn?

In class, I learned three different types of leadership.

Authoritative- which is a leadership that has one leader over all of the workers.

Participative- everyone has a say in what happens; negotiation

Abdicratic- when no particular person is the leader

Why Did I Learn It?

I learned about different styles of leadership because different people respond better to a certain type of leader.

We all have to cooperate with someone at some point in our lives, so why not do it effectively?

Leadership affects daily life.

How Do I Use What I Learned?

Leadership is used in everyday and everyone needs to know how to interact with others to get tasks done.

Take into account that people have different ways of leadership and accept it.
