Landlords Some landlords need to get their act together if they own a property. They should thank their tenants for business. But, is this the case? No. When, it comes to building inspections, they should keep their place fixed up and not blame their failures on the tenants unless messy. Landlords, who have a good reputation have a good attitude and pay their workers what there worth and aren’t cheapskates. This is to keep in mind good business practices are showing the effort of how dedicated you are, if not lose your tenants for all I care because its your business not mine.
