Question: I have a concern why I have to wait before I receive 15 days - 2% Perfomans Bond + POP (documents)?Answer: 1. This point in the contract corresponds to rules of international trade ICC (International Chamber of

Commerce, France). Kazakhstan Sugar Сompany - works by ICC rules and does fair and open trade!

2. The buyer buys future batch of sugar from our company of the producer. Production of sugar begins after

exposure of the bank SWIFT payment instrument (SBLC, DLC or BG). We don't issue 2% Perfomans Bond

+ POP (documents) on not existing sugar! Within 15 days the main part of sugar will be made! And

butene is issued 2% Perfomans Bond + POP (documents) in bank of the buyer on real sugar.

White sugar ICUMSA 45 (Brazil) of interest to you quantities, in warehouses is not stored. Cost of

storage increases price of sugar. Therefore buyer buys a future batch of sugar in our company's

manufacturer.Production of sugar begins after issuing bank payment instrument SWIFT (SBLC, DLC or

BG). Subsequent loading is performed according to the signed contract.
