THE FIX EVENTS
After few years of continuous growth and using a first version of a platform we developed in house, we decided to create a new online entry system that would allow The Fix Events to consolidate the company backbone and offer new possibilities.
I was in charge of a team of 3 developers & graphic designers to get it done in time and within budget.

Project has been run using a mix of waterfall and Agile methodology and included 3 stages :

Results after 3 months :
- More time spent by the users on mobile.- Checkout from mobile increased by 10%- + 5% in the team entries.- Average cart increased by 10%- Better management of the customers queries - Event creation & content made easier
This platform is the backbone of The Fix Events and it was critical to make sure the quality delivered was spot
on and on time to fit the event calendar.
