Early in the Year 2006 JK Fertilizers commenced in the year 2006.

Commenced on rented land for its manufacturing plan.

Started manufacturing of Organic Fertilizers

Production Capacity: 20,000 bags/ 50 Kg.

The organic fertilizers were prepared manually without any use of machineries.

Diesel Generators were used to run small hopper.

JK FERTILIZERS HISTORY

Progress went up with an increased production capacity up to 80,000 bags/ 50 kg.

JK now owns the rented land for its operations.

Apart from owning a land, our infrastructure facility started becoming strong as we now had a office and a laboratory for product testing in the premises.

Separate Shed for keeping big machineries safe.

Upgraded Digiset operated machineries to Semi- Auto machineries.

Progress In The Year 2008

IN THE YEAR 2008 (Cont’d…)

In the year 2010, we build up 100 Ton/ day capacity plant for NPK production.

All production activity for 100 ton per day NPK were done under one shed

With increase in production capacity, we also increased production capacity for organic fertilizers.

Capacity for organic fertilizer increased from 80,000 bags to 1,40,000 bags/ 50 kg.

Next to year 2010, in the year 2011 we successfully started production of 100 Ton NPK per day.

Continuing Milestone In The Year 2010

IN THE YEAR 2010 (Cont’d…)

After successfully operating 100 Ton per day NPK production plant, we extended the production capacity from 100 ton to 300 ton per day.

Separate plant installed for production of 200 Ton NPK per day. Also set-up well R&D in the same year. Next to year 2012, in the year 2013 we successfully started production of 200 Ton NPK per day.

Upgradations In The Year 2012

In the year 2014, Company has its finished goods godown, Raw Material shed, R&D and Laboratory.

Till 2014 we achieved one milestone in building up good infrastructure and having everything that we can provide our customers with WHAT THEY WANT.

With having all the equipments required, R&D, Laboratory and proper infrastructure, we came up as an perfect solution provider for our valuable clients and fulfilling their needs as they required. We have that capability to provide our customers the best quality product at comparatively lesser price.

With having all the heavy machineries and well equipped manufacturing plant, the plant was still lacking overhead crane for smoothening the work flow and save time and effort for the purpose.

In the same year, we got overhead cranes installed at our plant and had operational office.

Now we can call it as Fully Loaded Manufacturing Plant. We can do the best for what we are into. And provide commitment to provide best quality products as well as customized products.

We have two plants running simultaneously with capacity of 100 tones and 200 tones.

Company has well maintained heavy machineries and equipments for getting work completed on schedule.

We encompass all the required safety equipments for ensuring safer work place for our people.

We have proper infrastructure to store raw material, finished goods, office area at plant as well as corporate office at Vadodara.

We have all the opulent amenities for smoothening the work flow efficiently. We cover proper place for everything in the premises. We have enough space for movement of trucks for loading and unloading. Large amount of material can be easily stored and prepared. We have separate premises for crane and trucks parking. Plant can work for 24X7 in monsoon also.
