Enroller  and  Sponsor  

•  The  Enroller  is  the  person  who  does  the  enrolling  process  for  the  new  member  and  earns  the  Bonuses  during  the  process.  

•  The  Sponsor  is  the  person  who  is  directly  above  the  new  member,  earning  Unilevel  commission.    

• Most  of  the  time,  when  you  enroll  a  new  member,  you  will  be  the  Enroller  and  Sponsor.  

•  It  may  be  important  to  help  your  most  qualified  and  hard  working  team  members  grow  their  own  team.    By  making  them  a  Sponsor,  while  keeping  yourself  as  the  Enroller,  is  one  way  to  do  so.

Business  Overhead  

Minimum  of  50  PV  

You  need  to  have  a  Personal  Volume  of  50                in  order  to  get  paid  ENROLLER  BONUSES                                                        

you  earn  from                              Young  Living  in  the  

corresponding  month.  

Minimum  of  100  PV  

You  need  to  have  a                            Personal  Volume  of  100                                                                  

in  order  to  get  paid                        UNILEVEL  &  OTHER  BONUSES                                                          

you  earn  from                                                        Young  Living  in  the  

corresponding  month.  

Your  100  PV  business  overhead  each  month  is  a  tax  write-­‐off    when  you                                                                                                              are  on  Essential  Rewards  since  it  is  considered  a  business  expense!

Enroller  Bonuses  

•  Start  Living  Bonus:      •  The  Enroller  earns  a  one-­‐time  $25  bonus  when  a  new,  

personally  enrolled  distributor  orders  the  Premium  Starter  Kit.  

•  Fast  Start  Bonus:        •  The  Enroller  earns  a  25%  bonus,  up  to  $200  each,  on  new,  

personally  enrolled  distributors’  orders  during  the  first  3  calendar  months  

•  The  Enroller’s  Sponsor  earns  10%,  up  to  $80  each,  on  newly  enrolled  distributors  during  the  first  3  calendar  months.

Unilevel  

•  You  must  have  100  PV  for  the  month  (it  does  not  have  to  be  done  all  in  one  order)  to  earn  Unilevel  Commission  

•  8%  of  the  PV  of  all  the  members  in  your  Level  1  is  paid  to  you  

•  5%  of  the  PV  of  all  the  members  in  your  Level  2  is  paid  to  you  

•  4%  of  the  PV  of  all  the  members  in  your  Level  3  is  paid  to  you  

•  As  you  move  up  in  rank  (Star,  Senior  Star,  Executive…),  you  will  earn  a  commission  on  deeper  levels.

How  much  do  I  earn?  

If  you  have  a  PV  of  less  than  50  during  the  same  month  the  person  

became  a  YL  member,  you  will  

not  earn  anything.  

If  you  have  a  PV  between  50  and  100    during  the  same  month  the  person  

became  a  YL  member,                                                

you  will  earn                    $48!  

If  you  have  a  PV  of  100  or  more      

during  the  same  month  the  person  

became  a  YL  member,                                  

you  will  earn  $52.40!

How  much  do  I  earn?  

•  Young  Living’s  compensation  plan  promotes  teamwork!  •  You  succeed  when  the  people  in  your  organization  succeed!  •  When  your  Level  1  teammate  enrolls  a  new  member,  you  

earn  10%  BONUS  of  their  PV  for  the  first  3  calendar  months.  •  Remember,  to  receive  the  Bonuses  and  Unilevel  

commission,  you  want  to  have  a  PV  of  100  or  greater  for  the  same  month  you  have  action  in  your  organization.

Essential  Rewards

How  Much  1  Share  is  Worth?  

•  It  varies  per  month.    Recently,  it  has  been  between  $45-­‐$48  

•  Young  Living  calculates  1%  of  their  total  commission  for  that  month  and  divides  it  among  all  the  total  shares  that  were  earned  during  that  month.  

•  There  is  now  reason  to  help  cross-­‐line  because  the  better  Young  Living  can  succeed,  the  bigger  the  1%  will  be!

•  Stars,  Senior  Stars,  and  Executives  are  eligible  to  earn  shares.  

•  Must  have  an  Essential  Rewards  order  of  at  least    100  PV  placed  during  the  corresponding  month.  

•  Build  three  legs  of  at  least  300  OGV  each,  where  the  Level  1  person  of  each  leg  placed  an  order  of  at  least  100  PV  on  Essential  Rewards.
