Our Projects Team is made up of both Irish and British born engineers who each have 10 to 35 years construction experience.

Q Projects is staffed by professional designers, project managers, engineers and marketing professionals who as a group have many decades of construction business development and project management experience in the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.

The CEO & founder of Q Projects, Patrick Gunning, first worked in construction in the UK in 1976 and came to live & work permanently in London in 1988.

Patrick has experience ranging from “Greenfield” construction contract Management to final fit‐out completion having worked as an Engineer, Site Supervisor, Site Manager & Project Manager
