This course is a practical 1-day learning event suitable for any individuals who want to understand more about how Lean Thinking and Service Excellence can help to drive improvement.

The course covers: • An overview of how and why Lean
developed • The links Lean has with Six Sigma and
Service Excellence • The 5 Lean Principles through the use of
an interactive game • Identifying opportunities through the use
of the 5 Lean Principles and the identification of wastes (7 classic and 7 service wastes)
• Exploring what makes up Service Excellence and how you can utilise it within your business

The Trainers’ Style Our Introduction to Lean training course uses no PowerPoint presentation. Instead, delegates will be completely engaged through interactive learning and activities. We have found through 28 years of teaching and facilitating that delegates learn best by doing. You will also be given the opportunity to have discussions with your fellow attendees to share your experiences and embed the learning. Costs £250 + VAT per person.
