DESCRIPTION:-

The pre-Inspection for empty bottle machine consisting of stainless steel structure withmoving S.S. slat chain of width 31/2" in center. Structure made out of S.S. square pipe &supported on adjustable bolts with magnified dome for pre-inspection. Is useful to inspectcontainer online, without human touch which also reducing manual labours.

OPERATION:-

The conveyor belt brings the bottle from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles areautomatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts (If two seated) & further on the sidetables for operators sitting on either side of the table. The operators in turn visually inspect thebottles on magnifying dome to check for any partials in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottleand if found any problem manually reject the container. After inspection the bottle are transferred forfurther operation.
