The Club operates on a “Hub and Spokes” model, with individual country reps driving key activities for the country (including country treks, networking, career talks) and the Executive Committee driving “cross-country” club level activities.
Planned Activities4
In additional to usual treks and guest speaker events, the Executive Committee will be focusing efforts on 2 major activities – “Asia Business Innovation Conference” and the “Asia Recruitment Event”.

The Asia Recruitment Event will different from traditional recruitment fairs at INSEAD by introducing two new components – Pre-recruitment matching and speed dating.
Pre-matching Speed Dating
Participating Companies Listed
Students select companies
Companies review CV of interested students
Shortlist students for speed dating
Shortlisted Students meet Companies 1-1 on campus
15 minutes discussion focusing on skills / motivation
Companies will identify final set of students whom they like to receive a formal application
How You Can Be Involved5
While most activities are open to everyone in the mailing list, committee members and volunteers will have priority for limited vacancy events or may be eligible for higher level of subsidies on treks.
