HR Partnership includes
– Audit of Human Resource practices
• Labor Law Compliance(I-9’s, HR forms, Employment Application)
• Employee Handbook Creation, Review and/or Update
– 20 hours per week of onsite HR support including consultation with Vice President of Human Resources for Nexeo as needed.
– One time on-site Leadership Series Training Class (CE Credits for PHR,SPHR, GPHR)Topics include: Becoming an Effective Leader, Cooperative Conflict Resolution, Building a Team Culture, ADA/FMLA/Worker’s Comp, Effective Workplace Communication, Motivating Yourself and Others, Coaching and Counseling, Documentation and Discipline
