I’ve spent more than 10 years working at a senior level on major innovation projects with Australia’s largest companies, including NAB, BHP and KPMG. I also provide innovation advice to numerous start ups and SME’s. The interesting thing is that I see the same innovation mistakes made in businesses of all shapes and sizes, and the same key ingredients for translating ideas into results.
