It begins with a thorough understanding of the central framework that describes where exactly these possibilities lie, then proceeds through a number of ideation rounds to fully explore which aspects of the framework would create the most value for the company. These ideas are captured and prioritized for detailed examination on the second day of the workshop.

Using provided templates, workshop participants then investigate the best possibilities in small teams, working through several rounds that include seeing how the various ideas could be integrated into even higher-value experiences. At the end of the second day, the company walks away with a prioritized set of defined and actionable ideas that will enable it to create advantage through such new-to-the-universe experiences.
