What is FBA? FBA stands for Fulfilment By Amazon.

Simply put it means that Amazon does 90% of the work for you.

Here is the basic process.

1. You find some items that you think will sell well on Amazon. You then buy these products from either a discount store or China….

2. Next, create, or add to an existing Amazon listing.

3. Label the items and wrap them if needed, then create a shipping plan, to send the goods into amazon. That’s it….



What is FBA? Amazon does the rest!

1. They pick up the goods from you (you do not pay for this yet)

2. They load them into their inventory system and warehouse them.

3. Then when a customer clicks buy, they charge the customer, and send the items to them.

4. They also deal with returns, and all other customer issues.

5. Amazon then pay you every 2 weeks directly into your bank account as your sales come in.



What is FBA?

There are a lot of everyday people who are selling via FBA & making a good 6 figure monthly income out of it, & a lot of these people are in DS Domination!

FBA Springboard INFINii Springboard is simply INFINii the company selling on Amazon using the FBA process we have just mentioned.

The only difference is that they are using all of our combined funds to purchase the products in bulk from the suppliers.

They then pay us the proceeds from the sale of our items when the products are later sold, obviously relative to the amount of products we each personally purchased.

The same basic process as many other co-op’s.

Cooperative (Co-op) What is a Co-op?

Co-op is short for Cooperative and is explained in Wikipedia as “an autonomous association of people who voluntarily cooperate for their mutual social, economic, and cultural benefit”.

Purchasing Co-op’s are very popular. Basically a group of people join their funds together to make a larger purchase than they otherwise individually would have, generally resulting in a better overall purchasing experience (price, quality, selection etc..)



INFINii Springboard So in summary:

INFINii negotiates with wholesaler's, liquidators and manufactures to find a number of products that can be purchased at a significantly discounted price.

They then work out what the total purchase price will be and divide it up into smaller lots or portions, in INFINii we actually call them seats.

Members are then given the opportunity to participate in the co-op and select a set number of seats in each co-op.

Springboard Example A simple example could be the following:

The company is offered 50,000 hats from a liquidation company due to a business that has just gone bankrupt.

INFINii is offered a significant discount to the current retail price, and only has to pay $2.00 per hat, due to the fact that the liquidators need an immediate sale.

Although it is only $2.00 per hat, INFINii has to purchase all 50,000 of them, for a total price of $100,000 or the liquidators will sell them to someone else.



Now 100k is a lot for an individual to come up with particularly someone that is new to the industry.

But INFINii will break it up into 100 * $1,000.00 lots or Seats as we call them.

INFINii members will be able to purchase these seats. Lets say Putin is an INFINii member.

If Putin buys 1 seat it will cost him $1,000.00 and give him 500 Hats. When those 500 hats sell, he will get paid the proceeds from the sales.

Springboard Example Lets say they sold for $15.00 each.

$15.00 minus the fees of $8.50, and minus the initial purchase price of $2.00, Putin would make a net profit of $2,250.00

$15.00 - $8.50 - $2.00 = $4.50

$4.50 * 500 (total number of hats purchased) = $2,250.00

Total Cost for Putin was $1,000.00 to make a total net profit of $2,250.00!

Putin is Happy!

Why not do it yourself? I got asked a question today from a friend in California, he said “Why not just do the FBA yourself?”

Here is what I replied to him with:

• Buying Power! If you go to a wholesaler and ask for 50 items

that cost around $20, they will generally do 1 of 2 things. 1. Charge you a high per item price and hope you go away. 2. Not deal with you at all. Many companies like this have a certain MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), which could be say 10,000 units for example, if you cannot meet the MOQ, you cannot buy from them, period.



Why not do it yourself?

Suggested retail Price: Also, when we were in Orlando I was speaking to Hitesh and he said that there are many manufactures / companies that do not allow their brands to be sold on Amazon.

The reason is that it becomes very hard to control the pricing.

When you get a heap of different in-experienced people selling the same item on Amazon they can create a pricing war and drive the price down, great for the customer, but not so good for the other sellers....




Suggested retail Price:

This makes it very hard for all the other distribution channels to compete, partially because many have much higher overheads, like traditional retail stores.

But they are a proven, loyal, reliable sales network for these manufactures / companies, and they cannot afford to lose them.

So these manufactures just don’t allow their brands to be sold on Amazon, if you try to, your account will get shut down…




Suggested retail Price:

Because of DS Domination’s huge success (over 2.4 Billion in sales) there are many of these other manufactures that Hitesh and his teams are now working with that will exclusively allow INFINii to sell their brands, as long as they (the manufacture), can set the sale price.

And because INFINii are running the co-ops themselves, they have full control and can follow the manufactures pricing stipulations, and bring these hot selling items to Amazon on our behalf. Awesome!




Time Freedom! FBA is very good for freeing up your time, but Springboard is BETTER!

Here is all that you need to do:

Why not do it yourself? The team in INFINii have been doing this successfully for a while now, they are very good at it to say the least!

• Negotiations with suppliers.

• Creating SEO optimized Amazon listings.

• And driving external traffic to the Amazon listing to supercharge the sales!

Sure we can all learn this, but it takes time & is not easy at first. INFINii have a team of people, not just you, or you & your wife, they have a team of experts that know exactly what they are doing!



Why not do it yourself? I think a better question would be,

“Why would you want to do it yourself?”

And the only reason I can think of is Scalability, although Hitesh told me that he has millions of products lined up, there is still going to be a limit, you will not be able to purchase $100,000.00 worth of seats in one go (well not initially anyways : )
