Proposed Agenda● Series of warm-ups/ice-breaker

exercises to put everyone at ease. These are fun, interactive.

● Series of Improv Exercises demonstrated by Facilitators and then practiced in small groups.

● Discussion points after each exercise to emphasize the skills used and how they apply to work and business.

● Summary and final exercise.

Focus of exercises● Don’t change who you are. Your quirks, your

mannerisms are all part of who you are. Learn to capitalize on your strengths and keep working on what you want to improve on.

● Use what’s in front of you. Be ready to use what you have in a given moment.

● Listen, Accept and Give generously. Make others feel important.

● “Agree, don’t reject” is a better choice at work. It doesn’t mean you have to implement all ideas, but by accepting , you build on the team’s contributions as a whole.
