– No and Yes. iEnable videos augment your existing QMS. You may also find interesting stuff in iEnable which you may include in your QMS.

• What software or hardware we need to buy?– Nothing specifically needed. In case

you would like to update the audio files, you need to buy a license of Natural Reader which costs USD 200.

– The screen capture software is Camstudio which is free.

• How do we upgrade the videos?– Adaptive shall provide the scripts. The

scripts can be updated in MS Word. Re-recording needs to be done by you. We can also do the same for you.
