REFERENCE CASE ■ Leading Finnish retail company operating in Northern

Europe

■ The whole process was run in the REAL web tool. It formed the basis for conversations within and between the different teams and group of the organisation. It provided the platform to co-create meaning around the values.

■ The organisation’s turnover and profit increased the immediately after the project.

The goal of this project was to run the value discussion for the whole organisation and to crystallise the values of the company.

REFERENCE CASE ■ Professional elderly care network in Lapland district

■ Humap361-evaluation was carried out in this professional network as a part of management training. Humap361 was chosen especially for its focus on cooperation and interaction relationships.

■ All the questions are not always easy to answer, and the Humap361-process continues with one-to-one discussions, where one gets a chance to have discussions about the future development with all the evaluators. Without the discussions the answers would not be clear. It has been experienced as a valuable opportunity for management work to receive this kind of straightforward feedback, to re-evaluate the assumptions, and get ideas on how to develop your work.

■ Humap361 is praised especially for its openness. The fact that one can see the name and picture of the answerer is a positive thing. It is easier to develop personal behaviour when it is possible to ask more details about the feedback.

■ A manager must be able to build good co-operation between the employees and the network. It is an important factor in making work run smoothly and coping with workload. There is a lot of talk about the importance of co-operation skills and the ways to develop them. This is an excellent tool for that.
