Where is the employee portal?

Employee Portal (substitutions)To access the Student Employee Portal go to www.plymouth.edu/hub/administration/

•Click on Student Employee Portal Access (bottom right)•Enter username and password this is the same as your myplymouth log-in

Log Into MyPlymouth

Click on HUB Rec Programs

If you need a shift Covered!!!

Substitution Request Form

Fill Out the Request form with Position, Shift Date, Time, and End Time

Confirmation…

Accepting and Managing Sub Request

To accept a shift press the persons name, you will be asked to confirm on.

And now you have someone to cover your shift!!!!

Now you both will be emailed letting you know the shift has been taken and who has taken the shift for you!!!
