two persons

Limited partnership • The company should be established by at

least two partners

• The company do not require a minimum share capital

• The company should be registered with the Commercial Registry

• The company must have one general partner and limited one.

Sole trader entity • This company can be established by one

person• The company do not need a share minimum

capital to be established• The director is fully liable for the

company's debts and obligations• There is no distinction between company

and the owner• The company must be registered for VAT,
