Limited Partnership

• This type of company can be established by at least two partners

• At least on partner is general and the other one is limited

• There is no minimum share capital required to establish the company

General Partnership

• This company may be established by at least two persons

• The partners are general

• The company do not require a minimum share capital to be established

Partnership Limited by Shares

• This type of company can be established by five or more partners

• The partners are fully liable for company debts and obligations

• The name of the partnership must contain the abbreviation k.d.d

Limited Liability Company

• This type of company can be established by at least one partner and 50 maximum

• The minimum share capital required is 7.500 EUR,each shareholder must provide minimum contribution of 50 EUR

• The shareholders are liable to company's debts and obligations

• The company can obtain legal status through court registration

Joint Stock Company• The company can be establish by any

number of partners

• The company is fully liable with its assets, in the mane time the shareholders are not

• The minimum share capital is 25.000 EUR

• At least one third of the amount must be paid prior to registration.
