Limited Partnership

• The company can be established by two or more persons or legal entities

• There is no need for minimum share capital to open this type of company

• This company has at least one general member who is in charge to conduct the company, and at least one limited liable partner

• The profit in this company is divided between shareholders with each one's contributions

Sole Proprietorship

• This company is formed by one person

• The owner is fully responsible to the company management

• This company does not require a minimum share capital
