Shooting photos have never been easier. Nowadays, people have access to equipment that, in the past they could only dream of. What I am going to focus on here is listing the top best photo selling websites. These websites have millions of photos on them. People and even companies rely on these websites to supply their need for photographs. These websites feature all kinds of photographs, ranging from environmental pictures to breathtaking landscape photos. You as a photographer have the opportunity to shine, and make a name for yourself among all the big names out there that are making huge earnings fromselling pictures these websites.

But mind you, there is a rule.

The rule is fairly simple, and I think that you (the reader of this article, of course) will agree with me on. How can I phrase this?? Let me see. Hmmm…

You must submit high-quality photographs. That is it. If you want your work to be accepted and sold, you have to shoot good photos. That means you need to be certain that your photography skills are really good. Some people are good at taking photos; it comes naturally for them. Some people are not. Oringer. It is available in 20 languages including Russian, French, Spanish, German and many more. Shutterstock provides stock photography, stock footage, and stock music. Who cares about stock music or stock footage? Not me and definitely not you. You’re here to know about Stock photography, and that is exactly what I am going to tell you about. According to Wikipedia, Shutterstock maintains a library of over 50 million royalty-free stock photos, vector images, and illustrations.

iStock Photo The second bad boy we are going to talk about is iStock Photo. iStock Photo was

founded by Bruce Livingstone in the year 2000.It offers millions of stock photos with prices ranging from 1 to 150 credits (credits cost between $0.95 and $1.50 each).

The commissions that contributors receive are between 15% and 40%, depending, of course, on whether or not they are exclusive. Rates depend as well on the “canister level” of each contributor. You must be 18 years old to become a contributor. Pff, what am I saying, everybody is 18 these days.
