• Tools of the Trade– Goggles– Gloves– Steel Toe Boots – Pallet– Shrink wrap
SET YOUR CORNER STONES FOR A STRONG PALLET
•Use the LARGE monitors to start your pallet, it is easier to lift them 4 inches verses 4 feet. •Place the first four SCREEN DOWN ON THE PALLET.
MEDIUM size Monitors FILL in the GAPS
Fill the GAPs by placing the monitors SCREEN UPThis Creates a flat surface and the monitors fit in like a puzzle
Now Shrink wrap the first level to provide a stable base to build your next level
Knock off Bases when ever possible to help the stacking process.
It is easier to stack with out the monitors
But don’t throw them away save them and you will see later
how they can be used to help your stacking
FIRST LEVEL Complete
EVERY LEVEL follows the same PROCEEDURE as was followed in THE FIRST LEVEL
As you start the second
level • Place the first four
monitors screen down as with the first level
• This time, wrap a little shrink wrap around the bottom part of the stack to hold the monitors on so they don’t fall off
